1. Where can inflatables be setup?
Inflatables may be setup on any reasonably flat surface, either indoors or outdoors. The surface must be grass or pavement. The area must be free of branches, pet messes and overhead obstructions. The inflatable may not be setup near a swimming pool, fence or steep incline.

2. How do they stay inflated?
An electric blower (110-220V, 20 amp) remains powered on while the inflatable is in use. The blower is fully enclosed and is positioned in the rear of the inflatable.

3. How much room is needed?
This depends on which inflatable you choose. The bounce houses are 15' X 15' X 16' (High), therefore a 20' X 20' area is sufficient. Adventure play units range from 40' to 55' long and up to 18' high. Check our brochure for details on the inflatable of your choice.

4. What should I do if the power or blower shuts off?
If the power fails, the inflatable will begin to deflate. Calmly direct the children to exit the inflatable immediately. Be careful to keep the blower isolated on its own circuit in order to alleviate possible problems.

5. Who sets up the inflatable?
A team of professionals from Incredible Inflatables. We deliver, setup, pick up and breakdown the inflatable. There is no extra cost for this service.

6. When is the inflatable delivered/picked up?
The inflatable is delivered and setup prior to your stated event time. It may be necessary to setup the inflatable a few hours prior to your event time. If this is the case, Incredible Inflatables will contact you for approval. The earliest we arrive is your stated pick up time. Again, it may be necessary to pick up the inflatable later than your expected pick up time.

7. Are extra hours available?
Yes, at $25/hour. The extra hours must be prepaid.

8. How many children may use the inflatable at one time?
The bouncers can hold eight children under the age of 10. If the children are older, reduce the number of children by one for every two years in age. For example: 10 to 12 years - 7 children, 12 to 14 years - 6 children and so forth.
